Florida Martial Arts and Fitness Center offers a variety of classes for children young as 4 years old, teens and adults. It’s for the entire family! Anyone can train and benefit from martial arts; it improves your physical health and mental attitude.

We teach WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) Taekwondo. Our instructors are Kukkiwon certified. We specialize in the tenants of taekwondo, Modesty, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, & Indomitable Spirit. We are also one of the only martial arts that competes in the Olympics. We offer taekwondo to ages 6 years and up. Our weapons program is for 10 years and up.

Our Taekwondo Kid classes are fun and exciting! We focus on Self Confidence so they believe in themselves and in their abilities to become a better person. Florida Martial Arts and Fitness Center Karate Kids learn the value of discipline, “NEVER GIVE UP” and to focus on excelling in school. The is the cornerstone of our teachings.

Martial Arts for Adults is a great work out that increases your flexibility and tones your muscle. You will feel the difference in your body immediately and at the same time you’re learning martial arts SELF - DEFENSE! Be confident that you can always protect yourself and your love ones.

Taekwondo is for your entire FAMILY! At Florida Martial Arts and Fitness Center it’s all about FAMILY! We take pride in our Karate classes for families because they are the foundation of our martial arts schools. Moms and dads find our taekwondo classes for family a unique bonding experience.  “Families who kick together stick together”.
